Working Process
1.Roll Film Support
The air expansion shaft is installed at the inner hole of the roll film.The worm gear elevator controls the automatic lifting of the roll film, which is convenient for film change.
2.Corner Sealing
The corner sealing can be manually adjusted symmetrically to reach the different bag widths. The corner sealing temperature can be changed at any time as needed.
3.Bag Length Adjustment
The geared motor drives the screw to rotate, so that the center of the corner sealing is located at the junction of the bottom of the bag and the end of the bag to meet the adjustment range of bag length.
4.Convey Film and Make Bags
The film is sent as the specified bag length through the servo motor, ,and the cutter cut the bag from the roll film to complete the bag making, whose bottom is sealed.
5.Rotary Bag Delivery
Clamp the bag mouth and send the bag from the bottom-sealing film feeding mechanism to the bag opening mechanism.
6.Open Bag
The vacuum sucker opens the bag mouth under the action of the vacuum pump.
7.Supply Bag
The bag supplying claw is inserted into the bag mouth, the bag opening cylinder expands the bag mouth, and then the bag mouth is sleeved on the material discharge port mechanism by air cylinder. The material discharge port mechanism clamps the bag mouth.
8.Filling
The material finished weighing is dropped from the platform net-weight scale into the bag. There are material blocker and a dust removal channel at the material discharge port, which can meet the requirements of clean packaging.
9.Swing Arm
The swing arm will flatten the mouth of the full bag, and send the full bag from the material discharge port to the sealing mechanism.
10.Mouth Sealing
The sealing mechanism clamps the bag mouth to seal.
11.Vibration and Delivery
The vibrating mechanism is located below the material discharge port, which vibrates the material in the bag during the filling process, and makes the bag full, then transport the bag to the next station.
