Powder packing machine unit consists of vertical filling packaging machine, auger filler or linear scale dosing system, screw elevator, take-off conveyor. It integrates the functions of feeding, metering, bag-making, packaging, sealing, printing, punching and countering, has automatic film position control function, both the horizontal sealing and film pull mechanisms adopt servo motor for transmission so as to guarantee high efficiency of the machine. It could be ideally combined with the other machines. Can do fast speed model, which speed can reach 20~70 bags per minute for all kinds of powder products, like milk powder, soy milk powder, starch, veterinary medicine, pesticide powder, facial mask powder, enzyme preparation, glucose, seasoning, masala powder, spicy powder, flavor and fragrance, coffee powder, flour powder, detergent powder, food additives, wheat flour, condiments, etc.

Features
- A wide range of pouches: Quad seal bag, Pillow bag, Gusset bag, 3 side seal, 4 side seal, Flat/Bottom, corner sealed bag, hole punching bag, continues bag, single layer PE film bag.
- Easy to operate: PLC controller and color touch-screen, fault indication on the touch screen.
- Easy to adjust: only about 10 minutes to change different pouches.
- Frequency control: speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion within the range.
- High Automation: unmanned in weighing and packing process, machine alarm automatically when failure.
- Adopts servo motor for film pulling with automatic offset correction. Two types of drive, i.e. cylinder and servo can be adopted for transverse sealing (for convenient selection by the customer under different operating condition); there are two types of longitudinal sealing mechanism, i.e. center sealing type and platen press type (the user can choose according to specific material and the film roll).
Safety and Hygiene:
- No film, machine will alarm.
- Machine alarm and stop when the inadequate air pressure.
- Safety guards with safety-switches, machine alarm and stop when the safety guards are opened.
- Hygienic construction, the product contact parts are adopted sus304 stainless steel.
